Sundram Fasteners Ltd is one of India’s leading automotive component manufacturers and part of the TVS Group. The company produces high-tensile fasteners, powertrain components, and precision parts for global automobile manufacturers. With a strong export presence, it focuses on engineering excellence, technology innovation, and supplying critical components to automotive and industrial sectors worldwide.

With a market capitalization of Rs 17,562.53 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 835.80 per share, decreasing around 0.02 percent as compared to the previous closing price.

HDFC Mutual Fund sold 20.5 lakh shares in Sundram Fasteners at Rs 831.97 per share and 22.48 lakh shares at Rs 832.36 per share, amounting to 2.04 percent of the paid-up equity, valued at Rs 357.66 crore. As of December 2025, HDFC Mutual Fund, through the HDFC NIFTY500 Multicap 50:25:25 Index Fund, held a 7.62 percent equity stake in the TVS Group company.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd operates in the jewellery retail segment, specialising in diamond and gold jewellery. The company offers a wide range of ornaments, including rings, necklaces, earrings, and bridal collections. It focuses on contemporary designs, quality craftsmanship, and expanding its retail presence to cater to evolving consumer preferences in the jewellery market.

With a market capitalization of Rs 1,242.42 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 394.40 per share, decreasing around 4.72 percent as compared to the previous closing price.

Two institutional investors exited part of their holdings through a bulk deal, each selling 2.36 lakh shares, representing about 0.74% stake. The transaction was executed at Rs 375 per share, with each sale valued at around Rs 8.87 crore, indicating a partial stake reduction by the funds.
