Wall Street today: S&P 500, Dow Jones, Nasdaq extend gains, FedEx climb 1.7%

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 68.7 points, or 0.15%, to 46,211.16. The S&P 500 rose 15.1 points, or 0.23%, to 6,647.11​, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 83.6 points, or 0.37%, to 22,554.315.
