Vedanta urges NCLT to review Adani’s resolution plan for Jaiprakash Associates

Terming the approval a ‘commercial conspiracy’, Vedanta challenged the November 2025 decision of the committee of creditors and requested the NCLT to send the plan back to lenders for fresh consideration.
