Vedanta share price slips over 5% ahead of dividend announcement today

Vedanta shares dropped on March 23 before a board meeting to discuss a third interim dividend, set for March 27. The company has previously paid ₹23 per share in dividends for 2026, amounting to over ₹8,600 crore.
