Varmora Granito Ltd, a tiles and bathware manufacturer, has filed for an IPO with Sebi to raise funds through a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 400 crore and an OFS of 5.24 crore equity shares. The company intends to use the proceeds to repay borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
