Alchemy Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund managed by Alchemy Capital Management, acquired 90,000 shares in Shilchar Technologies Ltd, representing a 0.78 percent stake, at Rs. 4,347.43 per share, amounting to Rs. 39.1 Crores.

In contrast, promoter Alay Jitendra Shah sold 1.17 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.02 percent stake, at Rs. 4,350.26 per share for Rs. 50.89 Crores. These transactions highlight both active institutional buying and promoter stake reduction, drawing attention from investors to the company’s shareholding movements.

Financial Snapshot – Q2FY26

Quarter-on-Quarter, Sales rose from Rs. 159 Crores to Rs. 171 Crores, marking a 7.55 percent increase. Operating profit increased from Rs. 52 Crores to Rs. 54 Crores, up 3.85 percent. Profit before tax grew from Rs. 56 Crores to Rs. 62 Crores, reflecting a 10.71 percent rise. Net profit moved from Rs. 41 Crores to Rs. 46 Crores, up 12.20 percent.

On a year-on-year basis, sales expanded from Rs. 131 Crores to Rs. 171 Crores, a 30.53 percent increase. Operating profit rose from Rs. 41 Crores to Rs. 54 Crores, up 31.71 percent. PBT increased from Rs. 44 Crores to Rs. 62 Crores, reflecting a 40.91 percent rise, while net profit grew from Rs. 33 Crores to Rs. 46 Crores, up 39.39 percent.
