With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,480.30 crores, the shares of Faze Three Limited hit a 10 percent upper circuit of Rs. 609.40 per share on Friday, up from its previous closing price of Rs. 554 per share. 

Q3 FY26 Result Walkthrough

Coming into the quarterly results of Faze Three Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 27.35 percent YOY, from Rs. 178.19 crore in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 226.93 crore in Q3 FY26, and grew by 9.64 percent QoQ from Rs. 206.98 crore in Q2 FY26.

In Q3 FY26, Faze Three Limited’s consolidated net profit decreased by 27.85 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 6.40 crore compared to Rs. 8.87 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q2 FY26, the net profit has converted from negative to positive, from a net loss of Rs. 5.20 crore.

Faze Three Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 17.97 percent and 17.32 percent, respectively, over the last five years. In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 11.9 percent and 8.69 percent, respectively. Faze Three Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 12.9, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.55x.

Shareholding Pattern

In December 2025, Faze Three Limited had a majority stake held by the promoters at 57.95 percent, domestic institutional investors at 0.78 percent, the public at 41.06 percent, and others at 0.20 percent.

Ace investor Ashish Kacholia holds a 5.42 percent stake in Faze Three Limited, valued at Rs. 80.3 crores, consisting of 13,17,554 shares.

The company produces a wide range of home products, including bathmats, rugs, blankets, cushions, curtains, kitchen textiles, and bedding items.

Faze Three Limited also specialises in automotive seat covers, technical textiles for outdoor use like water-repellent cushions and furniture covers, and innovative yarns such as recycled polyester and anti-bacterial variants. With manufacturing units in Panipat and Silvassa, Faze Three serves global retailers, hotel chains, and automobile clients across more than 26 countries.
