In a regulatory filing dated April 1, 2026, the company disclosed Sushila Transport Pvt. Ltd. has awarded it a domestic contract valued at ₹41.47 crores. The contract is for the manufacture and supply of Auto Car Taller Wagons and Brake Vans, to be built in accordance with the latest RDSO drawings.
The order carries no related-party implications, and the awarding entity has no promoter or promoter-group interest in Texmaco. Delivery of the complete rakes is scheduled for completion by December 31, 2026. This contract reinforces Texmaco’s sustained momentum in the private logistics and transport segment, which serves as a growing complement to its traditional Indian Railways clientele.
