However, as per the exchange, promoter group members Rahul Pradeep Rathi, Pradeep Ramwilas Rathi, and Anuj Narayandas Rathi offloaded a combined 3% stake worth ₹191.09 crore. This indicates partial stake dilution by promoters even as institutional investors increased their exposure.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises

As per the exchange, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority exited M & B Engineering Ltd by selling 12.91 lakh shares (2.26% stake) at ₹324.5 per share, totalling ₹41.91 crore. Meanwhile, 360 ONE Asset Management emerged as the key buyer, acquiring 12.66 lakh shares worth ₹41.09 crore.
Ind-Swift Laboratories
Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd operates in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and formulations. With a market capitalisation of Rs 1,207 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 139 per share, decreasing around 4.37 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
As per the exchange, HCP Investments sold a total of 9.77 lakh shares, representing a 1.12% stake in Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd, through two transactions at ₹143.58 and ₹137.95 per share. The combined deal value stood at around ₹13.76 crore, indicating partial stake reduction by the investor.
