The shares of the prominent logistics company gained up to 3 percent in today’s trading session after the company’s board approved a proposal to list its securities on the NSE Main Board.
With a market capitalization of Rs 618.49 crore, the shares of Tiger Logistics (India) Ltd were trading at Rs 58.50 per share, increasing around 3.91 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 56.55 apiece.
The shares of Tiger Logistics (India) Ltd have seen positive movement after the board approved a proposal to list the Company’s securities on the NSE Main Board, subject to meeting all listing requirements and approvals. This strategic decision aims to boost visibility, improve shareholder liquidity, and attract a wider investor base, reinforcing the Company’s growth and capital market presence.
Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue increased by 23 percent from Rs 92.71 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 114.50 crore in Q4FY25. Further, during the same time frame, net profit increased by 60 percent from Rs 4.03 crore to Rs 6.44 crore.

Tiger Logistics is driving strong growth across key verticals. It expanded PSU logistics with new contracts from BHEL, HPCL, and BEML. Its renewable energy arm, TiGreen, is scaling TEUs and revenue potential. The company launched CUBOX for LCL shipments and expects ₹100+ crore in revenue. Recognition for innovation and digital tools further strengthens its market position.
