Stock Market Live Updates: Sensex Holds 400-Point Gains, Nifty Above 25,840

Sensex traded 400 points higher at 83,989.69, after raising as much as 700 points. The NSE Nifty 50 rose 0.5% to 25,841.40. The NSE Nifty FMCG Index and the NSE Nifty IT Index were the only two sectoral losers.
