According to the latest disclosure filed with the stock exchanges, Cyient Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, 23rd April 2026, to consider key financial and strategic matters.

The Board will review and approve the audited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. It will also consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results, including those of its subsidiaries, for the same period. In addition, the Board will evaluate the proposal for recommending a final dividend for FY26, subject to approval.

Further, the Board will consider and approve a proposal for the buyback of equity shares of the company, which will be subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, along with authorisation for related actions.

The company reported a marginal decline in consolidated revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year decrease of around 4 percent, from Rs. 1,926 crores in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 1,848 crores in Q3 FY26. Likewise, its net profit decreased during the same period from Rs. 128 crores to Rs. 97 crores, representing a fall of nearly 24 percent YoY.
