State Bank of India (SBI) Clerk Mains examination 2025: The admit card for the State Bank of India (SBI) Clerk Mains examination 2025 is expected to be released by Wednesday, April 2. The exam, which follows the preliminary exam conducted in February, is being held to select candidates for the Junior Associate positions. Once the admit card is released, successful candidates will be able to download the hall ticket from the official website of the SBI.
According to the official release, the exam is scheduled to be held on April 10 and April 12. The ‘Call Letters’ for successful candidates in the preliminary exam will be issued by April 2, SBI said.
The SBI Clerk Mains exam will be conducted in two phases, with detailed information expected to be provided to candidates in their admit cards. In the exam, there will be a total of 190 questions for 200 marks. The total time allotted for the exam will be 2 hours 40 minutes. Candidates will be asked questions to gauge their reasoning ability, English, general awareness among other aspects.

The exam structure follows a negative marking assessment method. This means that for every incorrect response, 1/4th of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted.
Through this exam, the SBI aims to fill 13,735 Junior Associate vacancies. The SBI Clerk Mains exam follows the preliminary exam held on February 22, 27, 28, and March 1, 2025. The result of the prelims was announced on March 28.
