Samvardhana Motherson International Limited reported record Q4 FY26 results, with a net profit of ₹1,561.56 crore, up 45.6% YoY. Revenue rose 17% YoY to ₹34,309 crore. A final dividend of ₹0.25 per share is proposed, pending shareholder approval at the AGM on July 30, 2026.
