Rajesh Power Services Limited, a leading EPC contractor in Power Transmission & Distribution, announced new orders worth Rs. 921.89 crore (including taxes) from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL), a state-run power distribution company in Gujarat.
The turnkey projects involve converting existing 11kV HT overhead networks into underground cable systems and installing 11kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) across Himmatnagar, Palanpur, Mehsana, and Sabarmati Circles of UGVCL.
Last month, the company also received orders worth Rs. 143.11 crore from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), and landmark orders worth Rs. 278 crore, which include a 400 kV GIS segment from a combination of government and private customers.

Financial Snapshot – Half-Yearly Results
September 2024-March 2025: Sales increased from Rs. 317 crore to Rs. 790 crore, up 149.2 percent. Operating profit rose from Rs. 40 crore to Rs. 94 crore, a growth of 135 percent, while PBT increased from Rs. 37 crore to Rs. 86 crore, up 132.4 percent. Net profit grew from Rs. 28 crore to Rs. 65 crore, a rise of 132.1 percent.
