During Tuesday’s trading session, shares of India’s largest digital platform for truck operators moved down by nearly 5 percent on BSE, after a bulk deal in which a foreign institutional investor (FII) offloaded a 1.47 percent stake for nearly Rs. 135.6 crores.

At 12:15 p.m., the shares of Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited were trading in the red at Rs. 544.6 on BSE, down by around 1.5 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 553.1, with a market cap of Rs. 9,766.4 crores. The stock has delivered multibagger returns of around 111 percent in the last one year, and has gained by over 25 percent in the last one month.

US-based foreign investor Sands Capital Private Growth II Limited offloaded a total of around 26.3 lakh equity shares in Zinka Logistics, equivalent to a 1.47 percent stake via bulk deals on both the NSE and BSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 135.6 crores, with shares changing hands at an average price between Rs. 515.61 and Rs. 515.72 per share.

As of the June 2025 shareholding data available with the BSE, Sands Capital Private Growth, owned by the US-based investment management firm Sands Capital Management, held a total of 5.11 percent stake in Zinka Logistics.

Zinka Logistics reported a significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 56 percent from Rs. 92 crores in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 144 crores in Q1 FY26. Similarly, it reported a rise in net profit over the same period to Rs. 34 crores from Rs. 29 crores, marking an increase of around 17 percent YoY. 

Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited (BlackBuck) owns digital platforms used by truck operators (customers) to digitally manage payments for tolling and fueling, monitor drivers and fleets using telematics, and find loads on the platform (marketplace).
