Mphasis Limited reported a robust financial turnaround for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated net profit rose to Rs. 509.64 crore, reflecting a 15.26% sequential increase and a 14.14% growth year-on-year. Revenue from operations reached Rs. 4,242.66 crore, marking a 14.36% rise on both a quarterly and annual basis.
A primary driver of this performance was the company’s aggressive focus on next-generation technology. Mphasis secured new deal wins with a total contract value (TCV) of $407 million during the quarter, of which a substantial 64% were AI-led. Direct revenue also showed notable resilience, growing 3.3% quarter-on-quarter and 9.2% year-on-year in constant currency terms.
For the full fiscal year 2025–26, the company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 1,862.60 crore, a 9.43% increase over FY25. Total annual revenue stood at Rs. 15,879.64 crore, representing an 11.59% growth. In light of these results, the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 62 per equity share, with a record date set for July 8, 2026.
Nitin Rakesh, CEO and Managing Director, highlighted that the company successfully met its growth and margin guidance for FY26. He noted that the recent acquisition of Theory and Practice (TAP) would allow Mphasis to move beyond simple task automation toward AI systems that reason over complex business objectives. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 62 per equity share for the year, with a record date of July 8, 2026.
While the broader NIFTY 50 faced selling pressure, dropping 334.65 points (1.38%), Mphasis shares successfully bucked the trend. The stock gained 3.07% to trade at Rs. 2,319.90, having touched an intra-day high of Rs. 2,341.00. The company’s market capitalization currently stands at Rs. 44,125.12 crore.
