The stock of Minda Corporation Ltd., an automotive component manufacturing company, has rallied over 600% in the last five years. Even as the scrip has delivered a return of 4.53% on a year-to-date basis, the five-year return of the stock stands at 602.82%.

The experts’ take on the counter is upbeat as five out of seven analysts tracking the multibagger stock have a ‘buy’ call, one has ‘hold’ rating and one has ‘sell’ call, according to Bloomberg data.

Analysts at Mirae Asset Securities, DAM Capital, Nuvama and KR Choksey Shares & Sec Pvt. Ltd. have a ‘buy’ rating on the stock. Analysts at Elara Capital have a ‘accumulate’ rating on the stock. The target price for the stock is set at Rs 590.17, implying a 15.3% potential upside.

Minda Corp Share Price In Five Years

In the last five years, the stock’s share price had hit a low of Rs 65.55 in October 2020, before it saw a steady climb through the years ahead. The scrip’s five year high was Rs 632.30 in August 2024.

The stock has delivered positive returns of 4.53% on a year-to-date basis, whereas the 12-month return is of 22.15%.

During this period, the scrip had hit a high of Rs 591.55 on Jan. 20, before it declined to a low of Rs 468.20 on May 9.

Financial Performance

Minda Corp.’s consolidated bottomline for fiscal 2025 came in at Rs 255.3 crore, 12% higher as against Rs 227.2 crore in fiscal 2024, according to an exchange filing.

The revenue from operations for FY25 stood at Rs 5,056.2 crore, up 8.7% as against Rs 4,651.1 crore in FY24. This growth in topline came amid a challenging macroeconomic scenario, due to the global headwinds.

Minda Corp. logged the highest-ever Ebitda margin of 11.4% in FY25, marking a growth of 31 basis points.

The company secured lifetime orders worth more than Rs 8,000 crore during the fiscal, which includes three new strategic partnerships with HSIN Chong Machinery Works Co, Flash Electronics and Sanco to enhance system solution offerings. It also filed 30 new patents, taking the total patents count to over 300.
