LVMH is exploring a sale of its 50% stake in Fenty Beauty, co-owned with Rihanna. The company has been working with investment bank Evercore for the sale, which could value Fenty Beauty between $1 billion and $2 billion, having generated around $450 million in net sales in 2024.
