SYNOPSIS: A micro-cap PAN-India logistics provider entered into a two-year agreement with Flipkart India to launch and operate 12 Hub-In-Hub logistics facilities across North and Eastern India, to be implemented in phases at strategic locations.

During Wednesday’s trading session, shares of a PAN-India logistics provider, offering integrated services including transportation, warehousing, material handling, and freight forwarding, surged nearly 10 percent on NSE, after the company announced entering into an agreement with Flipkart India.

With a market cap of Rs. 54 crores, shares of Pranik Logistics Limited are currently trading in the green at Rs. 49 on NSE, up by around 10 percent, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 44.7. The stock has delivered negative returns of around 32 percent in one year, and has fallen by over 2 percent in the last one month.

As per the latest disclosures with the NSE, Pranik Logistics Limited has entered into an agreement with Flipkart India Private Limited for the launch and operation of 12 Hub-In-Hub (HIH) facilities. The arrangement is a commercial agreement focused on the establishment and operation of logistics and hub operations, with the facilities planned across the North and Eastern regions of India.

The project will be implemented in a phased manner, with operations at individual HIH hubs commencing progressively at mutually agreed locations. The agreement will remain valid for a tenure of two years, unless terminated earlier as per the terms of the agreement.

The company clarified that the transaction does not involve any related party and has been undertaken in the ordinary course of business on an arm’s length basis. Management also indicated that the arrangement is expected to be value-accretive and supportive of forward integration, although the exact financial impact on revenue or profitability cannot be quantified at this stage.

Pranik Logistics reported a significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 28 percent from Rs. 28.18 crores in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 36.08 crores in Q3 FY26. In contrast, its net profit decreased from Rs. 1.6 crores to Rs. 1.2 crores, representing a fall of nearly 25 percent YoY.
