With a market capitalization of Rs. 189.73 crores, the shares of Iware Supplychain Services Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit of Rs. 177.05 per share on Tuesday, up from its previous closing price of Rs. 168.65 per share.

H1 FY26 Result Walkthrough

Coming into the half-yearly results of Iware Supplychain Services Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 214.82 percent YOY, from Rs. 29.68 crore in H1 FY25 to Rs. 93.44 crore in H1 FY26

In H1 FY26, Iware Supplychain Services Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 427.05 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 6.43 crore compared to Rs. 1.22 crore during the same period last year. 

The basic earnings per share increased by 287.10 percent and stood at Rs. 6 as against Rs. 1.55 recorded in the same period in the previous year, FY2025. Iware Supplychain Services Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 52.16 percent and 102.21 percent, respectively, over the last four years.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 34.7 percent and 65.8 percent, respectively. Iware Supplychain Services Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 10.2, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.96x.
