LIC board approves 1:1 bonus issue, also declares final dividend; check record dates

LIC board announced a 1:1 bonus share issue and a final dividend, further strengthening its financial position. It reported a 41.63% rise in Value of New Business to ₹14,179 crore and a net profit of ₹23,467 crore for Q4 FY26.
