Lemon Tree’s Keswani to transition from dual role at top in succession planning

Lemon Tree Hotels announced a leadership change that will see founder Patanjali G. Keswani transition to a new role while Lemon Tree and Fleur Hotels will see new chiefs take charge as part of a succession plan.
