Knowledge Realty Trust REIT’s IPO will open on August 5, 2025. The company has already secured Rs 1,620 crore from anchor investors. A strategic allocation of Rs 1,200 crore is also completed. LIC and Tata Group are among the key participants. The IPO includes a fresh issuance of units. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment and corporate purposes.
