Jaiprakash Associates acquisition: Vedanta Group wins bid over Adani with ₹17,000 crore offer

Vedanta Group won the bid for Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) with an offer of ₹17,000 crore amid insolvency proceedings. Adani Group has also put in an offer.
