Eco Recycling delivered an impressive set of numbers for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, showcasing strong operational momentum and margin expansion. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 18.61 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs. 5.91 crore in Q3FY26, marking a sharp sequential growth of over 215%. On a year-on-year basis, revenue also increased from Rs. 9.77 crore in Q4FY25, reflecting robust business traction.

On the expense side, total expenses rose to Rs. 6.63 crore, compared to Rs. 2.82 crore in Q3FY26. While costs increased due to higher activity levels, the rise was proportionally lower than revenue growth, leading to improved operating leverage.

Profit before tax (PBT) surged to Rs. 11.04 crore, up from Rs. 4.23 crore in the previous quarter and Rs. 6.27 crore in Q4FY25, highlighting strong profitability improvement. At the bottom line level, net profit (PAT) stood at Rs. 7.14 crore, compared to Rs. 2.05 crore in Q3FY26, reflecting a sequential jump of nearly 3.5 times. On a YoY basis, profit also grew significantly from Rs. 2.20 crore, indicating sustained earnings momentum. For the full financial year FY26, Eco Recycling reported revenue from operations of Rs. 48.18 crore, compared to Rs. 43.96 crore in FY25, registering a growth of around 9.6%.However, profit before tax stood at Rs. 31.07 crore, slightly lower than Rs. 31.67 crore in FY25, indicating some pressure on annual margins.Net profit for FY26 came in at Rs. 22.90 crore, compared to Rs. 23.38 crore in the previous year, reflecting a marginal decline despite steady revenue growth.

The Q4FY26 results clearly indicate a strong rebound in Eco Recycling’s performance, driven by sharp revenue growth, better cost management and improved operating efficiency. The significant expansion in margins during the quarter suggests that the company benefited from operating leverage and possibly higher realizations or better business mix.

However, the slight decline in full-year profitability indicates that earlier quarters were relatively weaker, likely impacted by higher costs, lower volumes, or margin pressures. This highlights that while the company has ended the year on a strong note, consistency in performance across quarters remains an area to watch.

Eco Recycling’s Q4FY26 performance highlights a strong turnaround in quarterly earnings, driven by sharp revenue growth and better cost absorption. The significant expansion in margins indicates improved operational efficiency and scalability in the business. However, the slight decline in full-year profitability suggests that earlier quarters faced margin pressure, possibly due to cost fluctuations or uneven revenue flow.

Going forward, sustaining this strong quarterly momentum will be key. If the company continues to scale revenues while maintaining cost discipline, it could see consistent margin expansion and improved annual profitability. Overall, the results signal a positive near-term outlook, with strong Q4 performance providing confidence in the company’s operational strength and growth trajectory.
