DOJ says it has charged N.J. congresswoman with assaulting law enforcement at ICE facility

Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey said Democratic Rep. LaMonica McIver faces charges for allegedly “assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement.”
