At 03:22 p.m., shares of Krishna Defence & Allied Industries Limited were trading in green at Rs. 842 on NSE, up by around 6.3 percent, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 791.55, with a market cap of Rs. 1,256 crores. The stock hit its 52-week high at Rs. 1,027.5 on 6th June 2025, and is trading at a discount of around 18 percent from its current price levels.

Krishna Defence & Allied Industries Limited announced the financial results for the first half of FY26 on Friday during market hours, as per the latest regulatory filings with the NSE.
For H1 FY26, the company posted a revenue from operations of Rs. 120.5 crores, reflecting a sequential growth of more than 19 percent HoH compared to Rs. 100.8 crores in H2 FY25, and a year-on-year increase of around 28 percent from Rs. 94 crores recorded in H1 FY25.
During the same period, Krishna Defence’s net profit stood at Rs. 15.6 crores, representing an increase of around 38 percent HoH from Rs. 11.3 crores, as well as a significant rise of around 47 percent YoY from Rs. 10.6 crores.
Additionally, the net profit margin strengthened to 13 percent in H1 FY26, up from 11 percent in both the preceding half-year and the same period last year, reflecting modest margin expansion.
