(NYSE:ICE), Bullish (NYSE:BLSH), SBI Group, Janus Henderson Investors, Standard Chartered Ventures, General Catalyst, Marshall Wace, ARK Invest, IDG Capital, and Haun Ventures completed the investor syndicate.

Meanwhile, Circle becomes the first publicly listed company to conduct a token presale.
