Stockbroking and exchange stocks slumped on Monday after RBI draft norms to tighten leverage and mandate fully collateralised bank guarantees from April 1, 2026. BSE fell up to 8%, MCX over 5%, while Angel One, Groww and JM Financial declined more than 45.5% amid fears of higher capital needs.
