Synopsis: Blue Cloud Softech wins Hyderabad Police orders for AI servers and Blura Saga social media monitoring platform. Tracks sentiment, misinformation in real time for city law enforcement.

Blue Cloud Softech has won two purchase orders from Hyderabad City Police one for high-performance servers, the other for its AI surveillance platform, Blura Saga.

A Hyderabad-based tech firm has landed two government contracts that could shape how city police track public sentiment online. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd (BCSSL) announced on Monday that Hyderabad City Police has placed purchase orders for both AI infrastructure and an intelligent social media monitoring platform.

Shares of BCSSL, listed on the Bombay, drew investor attention following the announcement. The stock closed at 4.75%  on Monday as traders reacted to the news of the twin government orders. The company has not disclosed the financial value of the contracts.

What the Police Are Getting

The first order covers AI-enabled rack servers and GPU-powered computing hardware. The second involves deploying BCSSL’s flagship platform, called Blura Saga, within the police’s Social Media Unit. Together, the two orders aim to boost data processing speed, support intelligence gathering, and strengthen mission-critical police operations across the city.

Blura Saga Platform

Blura Saga works as a digital command center for law enforcement. It scans social media activity in real time and flags emerging narratives. The system also detects misinformation and measures public sentiment across multiple platforms.

Additionally, the platform sends real-time alerts and triggers smart escalation protocols. This allows officers to issue timely public clarifications when false information spreads online. Furthermore, Blura Saga ties together sentiment tracking, trend monitoring, and citizen engagement data into one unified interface.

Why This Deal Matters for BCSSL

The company says the contracts validate its standing in the government technology space. Specifically, the deals show BCSSL can deliver integrated AI solutions in high-security environments a competitive advantage in a market that is growing rapidly.

Moreover, the deployment marks a stronger push into the public safety and law enforcement segment. BCSSL already serves clients in defence, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure across eight countries, including the UK, the US, and Singapore.

“This engagement reflects our continued momentum in delivering AI-driven platforms and infrastructure solutions to government and public safety organizations.”

— Mr. Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. Kodali added that the orders further validate the company’s technology capabilities and position it for future public-sector opportunities.
