Andhra Pradesh Plans Law On Social Media Curbs For Children Under 13 Years

Andhra Pradesh is drafting a new law to ban social media for children under 13 years, and introduce age verification via DigiLocker. A graded access model and digital safety education will also be implemented to protect minors online.
