Synopsis: In a seasonal procurement win, Advance Agrolife Limited has received a Letter of Intent from National Fertilizers Limited for the supply of various agrochemicals valued at Rs. 30.38 crore, to be executed through September 2026, adding near-term revenue visibility ahead of the Kharif crop cycle.

Shares of a Jaipur-based agrochemical manufacturer came into focus after the BSE and NSE-listed company disclosed receipt of a government PSU order on April 11, 2026. The Letter of Intent, issued by National Fertilizers Limited on April 10, 2026, covers supply of various agrochemicals to NFL’s marketing network, with the contract running through September 30, 2026.

With a market capitalization of approx Rs. 703.93 crore, the shares of Advance Agrolife Limited were trading at Rs. 110.50 per share, up 2.9 percent from its previous close of 107.41. It is trading at a P/E of approx 22.20.

The aggregate contract value is Rs. 30,37,91,000 against which a security deposit of 5 percent of the contract value (roughly Rs. 1.52 crore) will be held for the duration. Supply is to be made to NFL’s marketing territory based on NFL’s specific indent, meaning the actual product mix and dispatch schedule will be driven by NFL’s ground-level requirements.

Payment terms are set at 90 days from the invoice date, standard for government and PSU contracts, but a factor that will absorb working capital during the execution window. The contract runs to September 30, 2026, giving an execution window of approx 5 months from the LOI date. The contract is tied to the Kharif season procurement cycle, an important seasonal trigger for agrochemical demand in India.

At roughly 5 percent of Advance Agrolife’s FY2025 annual revenue of approximately Rs. 604 crore, the order is not headline-moving in isolation. However, a PSU-backed supply mandate carries the structural advantage of assured offtake within the contract period, which matters during a season when agrochemical companies often chase payments from fragmented distribution channels. This is Advance Agrolife’s first disclosed NFL order since listing in October 2025, adding a government institutional buyer to what has been a largely B2B direct-sales model.
