Synopsis: Aarvi Encon wins Rs. 38 crore, two-year manpower supply contract in Indonesia via subsidiary PT. Aarvi Encon Services, starting May 1, 2026, expanding its global staffing footprint.

Aarvi Encon Limited has landed a fresh international contract. The company’s Indonesian step-down subsidiary, PT. Aarvi Encon Services, has secured a manpower supply deal from a leading multinational engineering firm in Indonesia. The contract, worth approximately Rs. 38 crore, runs for two full years starting May 1, 2026.

Shares of Aarvi Encon reached a high of Rs. 132.70 on the NSE, up 5.45% on Wednesday. The stock has delivered a 27.3% change over the past year, with a 52-week range of Rs. 96.99 to Rs. 155.

The contract was officially awarded on April 14, 2026. It kicks in from May 1, 2026 and runs through April 30, 2028. The client’s name remains undisclosed. The company has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement, so it cannot reveal the client’s identity.

The deal is a manpower supply contract. PT. Aarvi Encon Services will provide skilled workers to the client. This is the core business that Aarvi Encon has built its international presence on. Therefore, this win fits well within the company’s existing service portfolio.

This contract adds to Aarvi Encon’s growing footprint outside India. The company provides permanent and temporary manpower services across India, Malaysia, Italy, and several other international markets. Indonesia now adds another geography to that list. Furthermore, the deal shows that global engineering firms trust Aarvi Encon’s staffing capabilities.

Aarvi Encon currently holds a CRISIL BBB/A3+ credit rating and reported nine-month revenue of Rs. 5,104 crore for FY26. The latest contract, as a result, adds to an already healthy order pipeline for the Mumbai-based staffing firm.
