Kolkata’s NIS Management is launching its Rs 60 crore IPO on Monday, closing August 28, with shares listing on the BSE SME platform September 2. The IPO includes a fresh issue and offer for sale, priced at Rs 105-111 per share. The company will use the funds for working capital and general purposes.
