India’s premium alcoholic beverages industry saw a high-profile collaboration as global superstar Shah Rukh Khan teamed up with leading alcobev player, Aryan Khan’s D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, and entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath to launch a new-age luxury spirits company.
The company in focus is Radico Khaitan Ltd, with a market capitalisation of Rs. 38,183.03 crore, opened today’s trade at Rs. 2,915 against the previous close of Rs. 2,895.50, marking a rise of 0.67 percent in early deals.

Radico Khaitan Ltd has joined forces with global icon Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan’s D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, and noted entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath to unveil D’YAVOL Spirits, a modern luxury liquor brand with a focus on exceptional liquid quality, bold design, and cultural relevance.
The Board has approved the acquisition of a 47.5 percent equity stake in D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. and D’YAVOL Spirits Private Limited. It also cleared the execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreements with these entities and other parties, marking a strategic move to expand Radico Khaitan’s premium spirits portfolio.
D’YAVOL Spirits represents a strategic investment aimed at extending the company’s presence into the emerging generation of premium alcoholic beverages. The initiative further strengthens its position as an industry leader, committed to sustained growth and innovation.
Aligned with its ongoing ‘Taking India to the World’ strategy through both established and new luxury brands, the venture will create internationally relevant, bottled-at-origin products designed to appeal to the new generation in India and abroad. The brand’s journey will commence in the coming months with the launch of a premium Tequila.
According to the management, D’YAVOL Spirits, with its globally bottled offerings, distinctive packaging, and immersive brand experiences, seeks to deliver not merely beverages, but a complete and aspirational lifestyle proposition.

Financial Snapshot
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Radico Khaitan’s revenue rose by 15.49 percent from Rs. 1,304 crore in Q4FY25 to Rs. 1,506 crore in Q1FY26. Net profit grew by 42.39 percent from Rs. 92 crore to Rs. 131 crore over the same period.
Year-on-year, the company’s revenue advanced by 32.41 percent from Rs. 1,137 crore in Q1FY25 to Rs. 1,506 crore in Q1FY26. Net profit surged by 74.67 percent from Rs. 75 crore to Rs. 131 crore, driven by higher sales volumes in the premium segment and sustained cost efficiencies.
About the Company
Incorporated in 1943, Radico Khaitan is one of the most recognised IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) brands in India. The company was initially known as Rampur Distillery Company and was focussed on distillation and bottling for branded players and canteen stores of armed forces. In 1997, Radico Khaitan ventured into its own branded IMFL products and launched its first brand, 8PM whisky, which became a millionaire brand within a year of launch.
