DLF reported an 18% YoY rise in Q1 FY26 net profit to Rs 763 crore, driven by a 99% jump in revenue to Rs 2,716 crore on strong sales and project launches. Despite sequential declines in profit and EBITDA, the company recorded robust sales bookings of Rs 11,425 crore, led by its Privana launch, and generated Rs 1,131 crore in net cash surplus.
