Tata Investment Corporation’s Board has approved a stock split at a ratio of 1:10. This means that each existing equity share, which has a face value of Rs. 10, will be divided into 10 new equity shares, with a face value of Rs. 1.

The company reported a revenue of Rs 145.46 crore in Q1 FY26, up by 2 percent from its Q1 FY25 revenue of Rs 142.46 crore. On a QoQ basis, it increased by 785 percent from Rs 16.43 crore.

Coming to its profitability, the company reported a net profit growth of 12 percent to Rs 146.30 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 131.07 crore in Q1 FY25. On a QoQ basis, net profit grew by 288 percent from Rs 37.72 crore.

The stock delivered a poor ROE and ROCE of 1.02 percent and 1.21 percent respectively, and is currently trading at a high P/E of 115.41x as compared to its industry average of 25.41x.
