The shares of a Small-Cap company, specializing in providing high-end computing solutions (HCS) with integrated design and manufacturing capabilities, jumped upto 13 percent upon declaring Q1 results with a 100 percent rise in profit Year on Year (YoY).        

With a market capitalization of Rs. 12,920.48 crores on Friday, the shares of Netweb Technologies India Ltd jumped upto 12.8 percent, making a high of Rs. 2295.00 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 2033.10 per share.

Netweb Technologies India Ltd, engaged in providing high-end computing solutions (HCS) with integrated design and manufacturing capabilities, has announced its Q1 results as follows.

Its Revenue from operations rose by 102 percent YoY from Rs. 149 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 301 Crores in Q1FY26, and it declined by 27 percent QoQ from Rs. 415 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 301 Crores in Q1FY26.

Its Net Profit YoY rose by 100 percent from Rs. 15.2 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 30.5 Crores in Q1FY26, and it declined by 28 percent QoQ from a profit of  Rs. 42.6 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 30.5 Crores in Q1FY26. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 5.38, compared to Rs. 7.52 in the previous quarter.

The company maintains strong financial health with a low debt-to-equity ratio of just 0.01, reflecting minimal reliance on borrowing. It has delivered an impressive average Return on Equity (ROE) of 32.47% and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 33.91% over the last three years, indicating efficient use of capital.

With promoter shareholding above 65%, investor confidence remains high. The company has also demonstrated robust growth, achieving an average 3-year revenue growth of 43.11% and net profit growth of 50.08%, highlighting strong operational performance and profitability.

As one of the few Indian OEMs in both IT hardware and Telecom & Networking PLI schemes, it has also received its first claim under the IT Hardware PLI 2.0 Scheme. With manufacturing in Faridabad and 18 offices across India, with a strong national footprint.

As of June 2025, the company’s revenue is well-diversified across key sectors: 37% from IT and IT-enabled services, 28% from space and defense, 18% from other enterprises, and 17% from higher education and research, reflecting a balanced industry presence.
