In today’s press release, the company announced the resignation of Managing Director & CEO Girish Kousgi, effective October 28, 2025. The board accepted his resignation on July 31, 2025, marking the end of his nearly three-year tenure during which he spearheaded the company’s strategic pivot toward affordable and emerging housing segments, delivered strong retail loan growth, and improved asset quality.

Along with it, the company has also announced its Q1 results as follows: Its Revenue from operations rose by 13.8 percent YoY from Rs. 1,823 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 2,076 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 2.7 percent QoQ from Rs. 2,021 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 2,076 Crores in Q1FY26.

Its Net Profit YoY rose by 23 percent from Rs. 433 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 533 Crores in Q1FY26, and it declined by 3 percent QoQ from a profit of  Rs. 550 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 533 Crores in Q1FY26. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 20.44, compared to Rs. 21.82 in the previous quarter.

PNB Housing Finance has a P/E ratio of 12.6, which is lower than the industry average of 17.24, and a PEG ratio of 0.46, indicating the stock may be undervalued. The company has shown strong performance with an average 3-year net profit growth of 22.78%, and maintains asset quality with Net NPA below 2%.
