Sebi has proposed a dedicated electronic book provider platform, SSE-EBP, to streamline fundraising for not-for-profit organisations through the Social Stock Exchange. This platform will facilitate the issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal instruments, requiring NPOs raising Rs 50 lakh or more to utilise it.
