“The inquiry is going on. We will examine everything and see all the lapses and make regulations. Rs 1 lakh will be given to the deceased’s family and Rs 50,000 to the injured’s family for immediate expenditure,” he told ANI.
“Rs 1 crore will be given to the deceased and Rs 10 lakh to the seriously injured, and Rs 5 lakh to the injured people. The government will take care of their medical treatment,” he further said.

The death toll in the explosion at the Sigachi Industries’ pharma plant in Pashamylaram rises to 34, a senior police official said on Tuesday.
“Several bodies have been found under the debris while removing it. As many as 31 bodies have been extricated from the debris while three died in hospital while undergoing treatment. The last leg of the rescue operation is still going on,” district Superintendent of Police Paritosh Pankaj told PTI.
