What’s the News
A large block deal involving nearly 1.2 crore equity shares of Delhivery Limited, worth around Rs. 461 crore, took place on the stock exchanges. According to sources, these shares were traded at Rs. 388 per share in the block deal window. However, the identities of the buyers and sellers involved in the transaction remain undisclosed.
This development comes shortly after Delhivery, on 17th June, announced that its Board and the Competition Commission of India (CCI) had approved its plan to acquire a 99.4 percent controlling stake in Ecom Express Limited for up to Rs. 1,407 crore.
