This was accompanied by a net profit (Profit after tax) growth of 7 percent to Rs 23 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 22 crore in Q3 FY26.
YoY View: The total revenue from operations grew by 21 percent to Rs 410 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 340 crore in Q4 FY25, and EBITDA grew by 31 percent to Rs 152 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 116 crore in Q4 FY25. This was accompanied by a net profit (Profit after tax) growth of 107 percent to Rs 23 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 11 crore in Q4 FY25.
Fiscal Year Comparison: The total revenue from operations grew by 24 percent to Rs 1,493 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,208 crore in FY25. Annual EBITDA grew by 37 percent to Rs 550 crore in FY26 from Rs 402 crore in FY25, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 36.8 percent from 33.3 percent in the previous fiscal year. Annual net profit grew by 4 percent to Rs 71 crore in FY26 from Rs 68 crore in FY25, with the PAT margin sitting at 4.7 percent compared to 5.6 percent in FY25.
Robust Q4 Performance
Margin Expansion and Profit Growth: Awfis Space Solutions reported strong profitability growth in Q4 FY26, with operating EBITDA rising 31 percent YoY to Rs 152 crore. EBITDA margins expanded by 290 basis points to 37 percent, supported by operating leverage and mature centres, while profit after tax surged 107 percent YoY to Rs 23 crore.
Strong Operational and Balance Sheet Metrics The company strengthened its operational scale during FY26, expanding to 266 centres with 184,000 seats across 18 cities. Awfis added around 30,000 seats through 41 new centres while maintaining 84 percent mature occupancy, healthy blended occupancy levels, and a strong net cash balance sheet position.
Awfis Space Solutions maintained strong operational performance during FY26 with mature occupancy of 84 percent and blended occupancy of 76 percent. The company also reported a weighted average tenure of 37 months and a 26-month lock-in period, providing stable revenue visibility and improving customer retention across its workspace network.
Commenting on the performance, Amit Ramani said FY26 was a defining year for the company, driven by strong coworking demand, expanding margins, and industry-leading capital efficiency. He added that enterprise and GCC demand, premiumization, and network expansion position Awfis strongly for sustained growth in FY27.
