NCLAT rejects Venugopal Dhoot’s plea to include foreign oil assets in Videocon insolvency

The appellate tribunal ruled that overseas oil and gas assets belong to separate entities and cannot be merged with the domestic insolvency proceedings of Videocon Industries.
