Asian Stocks Today: Kospi Clinches Another Record, Nikkei Down Ahead of BOJ Decision

South Korea’s benchmark Kospi clinched another record high after surging 1.3%. Japan’s blue-chip Nikkei 225 Index declined 0.6% to below 60,200.
