The order, valued at approximately Rs 55 crore, marks another milestone for the Neemrana-based manufacturer as it expands its global footprint.
KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited’s stock, with a market capitalisation of Rs. 5,609 crores, rose Rs. 903.20, up 0.8 percent from its previous closing price of Rs. 895.60. Furthermore, the stock over the past year has given a return of 19.2 percent.

Beyond export wins, KRN is building strong momentum across high-growth segments. Data centres now account for roughly 15 percent of the company’s revenue as of Q3, up sharply from just 7 per cent a year ago. That near-doubling of share within a single year signals strong market traction.
The company has already won several large-scale data centre projects, and its inquiry pipeline remains active. Management expects this segment to keep growing over the next two to three years. Meanwhile, KRN also continues to expand in heat exchangers, refrigeration, and air-conditioning components, spreading its growth across multiple verticals rather than depending on one alone.
The company has confirmed that neither its promoters nor its promoter group holds any interest in the entities that awarded this contract. Therefore, this transaction does not fall under the related party category as defined by regulatory norms. This adds to the order’s credibility and keeps the deal clean from a governance standpoint.
