Samvardhana Motherson International shares increased by 2.5% after announcing its acquisition strategy. The company is acquiring an 81% stake in Yutaka Giken Co and an 11% stake in Shinnichi Kogyo Co, completing the process to make Yutaka Autoparts India a wholly owned subsidiary.
