Innovision IPO price band is set at ₹521 to ₹548 per share. The company aims to raise ₹322.84 crore from the book-building issue, which is a combination of fresh issue of 46.53 lakh equity shares aggregating to ₹255 crore, and an OFS of 12.38 lakh shares worth ₹67.84 crore.
