With a market capitalization of Rs. 202.72 crores, the share of HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 199.85 per equity share, rising nearly 19.49 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 167.25. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 189.90 per equity share. 

Q3 FY26 Result

Coming into the quarterly results of HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 1.59 percent YOY, from Rs. 119.37 crore in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 121.27 crore in Q3 FY26, and decreased by 38.66 percent QoQ from Rs. 197.70 crore in Q2 FY26.

In Q3 FY26, HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 280.37 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 8.33 crore compared to Rs. 2.19 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q2 FY26, the net profit has increased by 66.60 percent, from Rs. 5.00 crore.

The basic earnings per share increased by 271.43 percent and stood at Rs. 7.80 as against Rs. 2.10 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, FY2025. HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 14.85 percent and 260.56 percent, respectively, over the last two years.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 13.2 percent and 17.7 percent, respectively. HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 18.8, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 2.96x.

HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited manufactures flexible plastic packaging solutions, specializing in woven sacks and labels for industrial use. The company produces flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) bags and liners, polypropylene (PP)/HDPE woven bags and sacks, PP woven geotextiles, garment labels, woven fabrics, multifilament yarns, and stitchless bulk bags. 

HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited operates primarily from Ahmedabad, Gujarat and serves sectors like cement, fertilizers, salt, and exports to over 40 countries, focusing on high-quality standards for EU and US markets while expanding its product range with items like BOPP laminated bags and technical textiles.
